Joe Puentes | President & CEO
Mr. Puentes is a technology innovator, Forex trader, software engineer and successful businessman. He was the founder and CEO of Pricester.com, a website development company and shopping portal. He successfully took the company from startup to being publicly traded. He engineered and licensed his own proprietary video distribution technology for the digital signage industry. He was the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) for A.C.T. (Automotive Computer Technology), a company which develops next generation software and wireless solutions for the auto industry. He has a background of more than 25 years in computers and information technology. Over the years, he has been exposed to the latest development tools, applications, networks and wireless technologies. Mr. Puente’s experience in emerging technologies and the Forex market coupled with taking his previous company public will be instrumental in helping eTech Money achieve its goal of becoming a market leader and publicly traded company.

Jose (Angel) Garcia | Chief Operating Officer & VP
Mr. Garcia is a medical graduate from Havana, Cuba and an active Forex trader for the last 3 years. He has worked closely with Joe Puentes over the past 15 years and has served as an advisor for Pricester.com, assisting in the development of emerging new web technologies. Mr. Garcia, through his former company JAGA Technologies, was successful developing unique viral marketing software programs to market companies in Latin America. He was a professor at Florida School of Excellence for computers and Internet marketing. He is a specialist in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Google search engine algorithms. He was the director of Internet marketing for Simple Life Development LLC. Angel has a profound understanding of the Forex market, Internet marketing and search engines, and will be very influential in helping eTech Money achieve its goals of developing unique software tools, as well as making eTech Money a highly-visited portal on the web.

Bernard Gutman | Chairman of the Board
Mr Gutman has extensive experience in business management, marketing and various aspects of financing projects. He has taken companies from the idea and concept stage and successfully brought them public. He was the Chairman for Pricester.com, a publicly traded company. He was founder, CEO and Chairman of the board of Delco Corp., a publicly held company in the home remodeling business. He was founder, CEO and Chairman of the board of National Vitamin Corp., a publicly held company in the vitamin business. He was founder, CEO and Chairman of the board of Products & Patents LTD, a publicly held company that developed manufactured, marketed and patented unique products. He was founder, CEO and chairman of the board of Phaseout of America, Inc., a publicly held company that developed, manufactured and marketed products worldwide. Mr. Gutman was awarded the Corporate Leadership Award from Cancer Care in 1996 “For personifying the spirit of people in business who energetically bridge the gap between the business community and human services”. Mr. Gutman’s successful background and achievements coupled with his vision for eTech Money will help insure the company’s long term success.

Adam Wasserman | CFO
Mr. Wasserman is a highly effective financial executive with demonstrated success in increasing the profitability and value of companies. Throughout his career he has been an integral member of executive management responsible for financial and accounting. He has a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting and planning, mergers and acquisitions, auditing, accounting, automated systems, banking relations and internal controls. Mr. Wasserman has substantial experiences with SEC filings such as initial public offerings, 10-Ks and 10-Qs. Mr. Wasserman has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Transax International Limited since May 2005 and Gold Horse International, Inc. since July 2007. Mr. Wasserman also served as Chief Financial Officer for Lotus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from October 2006 to April 2009, China Wind Systems, Inc. in 2007 and 2008, Genesis Pharmaceuticals Enterprises, Inc. (October 2001 until October 2007). Mr. Wasserman as our CFO will help guide the company through necessary filings and accounting procedures necessary to take the company public.

Michael G. Mansfield, CHT, CIO | Director, Portfolio Manager
Mr. Mansfield is a highly experienced trader and "Master Market Technician" with a broad educational background. A forex money manager for the Global Diversified FX Portfolio (GDFX Multi-Strat), Mr. Mansfield has been in the investment and trading industry since the 1980's and has both discretionary and systematic trading experience with stocks, options, futures and Forex. His experience trading began with options during college, then as a broker and intensified as a proprietary trader at his own firm in 1988. This eventually led to him obtaining a top-ranking designation as a systematic Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) in 2000. His former CTA firm, Abalo Mansfield & CO (A&M), was listed in Futures Magazine three times during the year 2000, as one of the top-performing Commodity Trading Advisors. He went on to win multiple top-tier rankings for risk-adjusted returns as an FX trader. In addition to his extensive trading knowledge, Mr. Mansfield has experience in brokerage management, investment banking, and as a consultant and trading trainer to other money managers, banks and trading firms. He has written articles in trade publications and has been a repeat guest on a nationally syndicated financial market radio show. Mr. Mansfield plays an important role as the portfolio manager to eTech Money’s managed accounts.

Daniel Spindler, P.A., M.B.A. | Director
Mr Spindler is an accomplished entrepreneur,professional real estate investor, and author with nearly two decades of experience. He has founded several companies in the areas of real estate and finance. His main expertise is in purchasing distressed or troubled residential and commercial properties, which he turns into profits. Having turned over 600 properties in the past decade, he’s is seen as an authority in the industry. Mr. Spindler is also a real estate mentor who teaches students and investors to make money in the real estate industry, through different investment techniques. He has vast experience in lending, technology, trade, finance, construction and real estate acquisitions of million dollar projects throughout the U.S. Mr. Spindler has identified a lucrative investment opportunity through his relations with eTech Money which will help divirsify his and his investor investment portfolios. He will be very beneficial to bringing new investors to the company.

Michael Poggi | Director
Mr. Poggi is a nationally recognized public speaker and professional investor, developer and author with nearly two decades of experience. Michael speaks on how to buy Real Estate and other investments in your IRA or old 401 k plan. He teaches people how to make their IRA self directed in the true sense so you can use it for investments. In addition Mr. Poggi is also the president and founder of The Millionaires Real Estate Investment group, based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. It is the largest commercial real estate group in the state of Florida, meeting on a monthly basis to network and partner on real estate and other ventures of all sizes. The group also attracts top notch speakers from all around the country who are featured monthly to provide additional education to the group. He is often a featured guest on the Money Talk radio shows. Mr. Poggi through his vast relationships with IRA investors will play an important role in helping introduce new investors to our Money Management services and Private Placement opportunity.

Franklin Palma | Director
Mr. Palma is an accomplished entrepreneur, inventor, professional real estate and business investor. He has invested in real estate projects nationwide. He is an investor in PH Science, Inc.. He is the owner and President of Starmed Medical Center a Miami based Clinic for the general public. He is also a partner in a company called Intelliship, Inc. which has a fleet of advertising blimps. He has many of his own inventions under development. Mr. Palma plays an important role helping the company identify business partnerships and creating strategic relationships.

Todd Hanson, PhD | Advisor
Dr. Hanson is a prolific and highly accomplished systems developer, with an extensive background in creating predictive models and reliable indicators across several industries, including the investment sectors. He has created numerous successful trading systems that are employed by fund managers, brokerage houses and traders worldwide. He is a frequent contributor to financial news channels such as Bloomberg, BNN, Reuters, CNBC, MSNBC, Lipper Hedge Fund World and The Chicago Tribune, and has given educational quantitative trading seminars in regions including the Middle East, Eastern Europe, China, and the US. Dr. Hanson has also worked closely with the US Government and then Senator Obama and Mayor Daily of Chicago. He created the only Trader Education program that has been awarded Board of Education Accreditation. The program was also underwritten by the US Government Department of Veterans Affairs. Most recently, Dr. Hanson completed a three-year project: Livetradesignals, a fully automated algorithmic trading system. His professional career began in computer security in Silicon Valley, immediately following his military service. There, he developed encryption software and provided ethical hacking services and security audits to Fortune 500 companies during the infancy of the Internet. Jason Canon | Advisor
Mr. Canon has more than 30 years of Information Technology and Computer Networking professional experience. He began his career with service in the United States Air Force working with mainframe computer systems. His broad experience includes numerous programming languages, operating systems, computer network protocols, computer security, world wide web publishing systems, and other Internet applications and processes. He served as the technical team leader on the development of a world wide web site that receives over 1 million hits per hour. He also led the technical team in the development of the first world wide web system for the United States Department of the Treasury. He has authored numerous expert level technical papers. He has served as an advisor to the National Communications System (NCS) Division of the Homeland Security Department. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), and the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA). He received a B.S. Degree in Information Systems & Business Administration and did Graduate work in Computer Systems Management at the University of Maryland. Mr. Canon will help guide eTech Money's website development including addressing security and scalability requirements to insure secure and reliable growth of pour portal and servers.

Ruben Anibal Dieminger | Advisor
Mr. Dieminger is an information technology professional with a 29 year career as a programmer, system analyst, professional trader, investigator, expert in automated Forex trading tools, and editor for the Forex community. Mr. Dieminger has taught in various institutions and is a member of numerous projects in the energy industry, including "Unam-Misiones", which is a project related to micro turbines and advanced mathematics. He has developed the majority of his professional activities as a systems manager and senior developer in various institutions linked to the medical industry. Founder of various nongovernmental organizations and ex President of the "Fundacion Zona Centro", a 23 year institution recognized for the local development of roads, bridges and other engineering projects in Misiones, Argentina. Mr. Dieminger's expertise will help identify and develop advanced technologies which will contribute greatly to helping us reach our goals to be a market leader.

Felix Almonte | Advisor
Mr. Almonte brings with him a wealth of software design and programming knowledge. He was the software engineer for Logica Inc., Fort Lauderdale, FL, and a systems administrator for SunState Federal Credit Union, Gainesville, FL. He is a Ph.D. Student & has a M.A. in Mathematics and M.S. in Computer Science & a Ph.D. in Complex Systems and Brain Sciences at FAU. Felix is instrumental in helping develop proprietary algorithms for eTech Money’s innovative trading systems. Zeeb Medina | Advisor
Mr. Medina has a proficient background in marketing, where he served with Agencia de Publicicad ( Sol Nascente.B ) for 5 years. Later, he become a multimedia professor for the school of Inst.Integral Talpiot of Multimédio in Buenos Aires – Argentina. He began to deeply study the Forex market in 2007 and developed and moderated groups of traders in Brazil and Latin America to communicate by forum or chat, 24hrs a day. Since then, he has been active in the Forex community specializing in low-risk trades and developing strategies for automated systems (EA’s) Expert Advisors. He has personally tested over 100 EA’s. He is presently providing Spanish and Portuguese support for the brokerage firm FXCBS.com. Mr. Medina has been working with the eTech Money founders for over a year and has been instrumental in helping create and test unique trading strategies that will greatly benefit eTech Money.

Mr. Li-Lam is a founding partner of Pricester.com and General Manager of Minitronics Canada Ltd, an information technology company. With more than twenty years of small business management and technical support experience in the information technology industry, he has designed and implemented multiple service training programs in the computer technical field. He has developed and executed business presentation seminars and trade shows directed to small business entrepreneurs interested in expanding to markets in the United States, Canada, Asia and Latin America. Mr. Li-Lam is a Science graduate of the University of British Columbia, Canada, complemented by further post-graduate studies in business administration and marketing. Lee will be greatly instrumental in introducing the eTech Money concept in Canada, Asia and Latin America.
